Int’l Olympic Day: Kachin State Gov. organized the celebration

In the gesture of honoring the International Olympic Day 2024, organized by the Kachin State Government, the mass bicycle riding in commemoration of the International Olympic Day was observed in Myitkyina Township of Kachin State at 6 AM on 23rd June.

The mass bicycle riding was cheered by the Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan, Chief Justice of the State High Court U Tuu Jer, State Ministers, State level departmental officials, the trainees from No (1) Ethnic Youth Development Training School and the Chief Minister released the mass bicycle riding by firing a gun in front of People’s Sports Ground in Ayeya Ward.

Then, the participants in the mass bicycle riding rode through the roads of Yonegyi and Sumprabum and along the Union Road until Aung Say Yan Aung pagoda and returned to the People’s Sports Ground and the Chief Minister and party, members of Red Cross Society welcome them at the sports ground and the participants were gifted 2 bicycles and household commodities and utensils under drawing ballot system, it’s reported.
