Inspections in Yangon: Mayor inspects urban sanitation and water supply works

Chairman of the Yangon City Development Committee Yangon Mayor U Bo Htay inspected sanitation works on U Wizaya Street and lanes of Dagon Myothit (North) Industrial Zone and gave necessary instructions.

He also inspected the Lagonpyin water-purifying factory and stressed the reduction of wastewater, unwanted water management and implementation of water supply projects through the Koukkowa, Toe and Panhlaing rivers for water needs.

The mayor also inspected water-supplying work and water flow to distribution zones 7 and 8 from the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition-SCADA control room. Also, the Mayor inspected the Yangon Region Public Rental Housing Project and fulfilled the needs
