Inspections: Deputy Minister for Information makes inspections

Deputy Minister for Information U Ye Tint inspected the Newspaper Sub-Printing House and Information and Public Relations Department (IPRD) in Monywa Township and encouraged the staff on the 1st of March.

On the 2nd of March, the deputy minister viewed the summer sports courses at the Monywa sports ground conducted by the Department of Sports and Physical Education and gave necessary instructions.

During the inspection tour, the deputy minister donated books and journals to the sports science library. He also inspected the Monywa District IPRD library and met departmental officials from the Monywa district IPRD and the IPRD of Chaung-U, Salingyi, Pale and Kani townships, the MRTV re-transmission station and Monywa Sub-Printing House and gave necessary instructions.

On the same day, the deputy minister inspected the MRTV re-transmission station in Homalin Township. The deputy minister also presented 20 DVB T2 set top boxes to the Homalin station commander for Tatmadaw members and families and 20 sets to the district administrator for families of the district administration body.
