Inspection of work undertakings: DPM MoPF Union Minister inspected E-lock system

The Deputy Prime Minister Union Minister for Planning and Finance U Win Shein held meeting with the Director General, Deputy Director Generals and officials of Custom Department at the Zayyarthiha Hall of the Department, Yangon in the morning on 25th September.

At the meeting, Director General of custom department U Thein Swe clarified the implementation of Logistics Surveillance System-E-Lock System, national single window system of the country and the work undertaking on the tasks of import value scrutinizing unit.

In responding to the clarification, the Deputy Prime Minister Union Minister instructed the responsible officials to supervise to the ground level in line with the law, procedures, rules and directives, to implement the E-Lock and National Single Window Systems as those are the important tasks, to carry out the combined inspection included the departments and to stay away from the corruption in serving the duties.

Next, the Deputy Prime Minister Union Minister inspected work undertakings through E-lock Control Room, works carrying out the tasks with the Myanmar Automated Cargo Clearance System (MACCS) through Monitoring Room, instructed necessary matters and coordinated requirements.

Afterward, the Deputy Prime minister held meeting with the personnel of Myanmar Insurance and gave necessary instructions.
