







Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice Senior General Soe Win together with Tatmadaw senior officers, Yangon Region Command Commander and officials inspected Tatmadaw (Army) Warrant Officer and Sergeant Training School in Hmawbi station on Tuesday.
The Vice Senior General and party looked into office rooms, lecture halls and training halls at the Training School Office. At the briefing hall of the training office, the Acting Commandant of the training school reported on implementing tasks and training affairs on which the Vice Senior General coordinated essentials.
Later, the Vice Senior General and party had lunch together with computer diploma sergeant/clerk female trainees of the training school. Later, the Vice Senior General and party visited agriculture and livestock farms of the training school and looked into breeding of chickens and DYL pigs and cultivation of seasonal crops.
On arrival at the Tatmadaw Football Factory in Hmawbi, the Vice Senior General stressed the needs on producing various kinds of high quality footballs and volleyballs, operating of machine at full capacity, seeking market for the products, market promotion and fulfilled the needs.
The Vice Senior General and party looked into production process of footballs and then provided cash assistance for the factory staff. The football factory produces 74,000 footballs used for adults, 62,000 volleyballs and 152,000 youth soccer balls, totaling 288,000 per year.
The Vice Senior General and party then proceeded to Tatmadaw Biscuit and Noodle Factory (Hmawbi) and discussed producing quality foodstuff with good taste and flavour, getting market, systematic packaging, producing at full capacity and operating machines for long-term use, distributing foodstuff to the market with reasonable prices and fulfilled the requirements.
They then inspected manufacturing process of biscuits and noodles. The Vice Senior General then presented cash for the factory staff. Likewise, the Vice Senior General and party inspected local battalions/units in Hmawbi station and cordially greeted their families, coordinated the needs and provided cash assistance.
