Inspection Tour in Shan State: SAC member meets officials, town elders, entrepreneurs

Member of the State Administration Council U Khun San Lwin together with Shan State Chief Minister, State Ministers, State Advocate General, Chairman of Pa-O Self-Administered Zone and State level departmental officials met with township level departmental officials, town elders, Ethnic Literature and Culture Associations, and entrepreneurs at the hall of Pa-O Self-Administered Zone on Tuesday morning.

At the meeting, SAC member clarified 5-Point Road and 9 objectives of the SAC and work plans for holding a free and fair election. He said the meeting intends to coordinate with relevant departments to solve the needs of education, health, transportation, social and economy at the Union Level if necessary.

He added that the state Chief minister will solve the regional needs and the sectors that should be undertaken by the Union will have to be submitted to the Union level. Then, Chairman of Pa-O Self-Administered Zone and Chairman of Hopone Township Administrative Body reported regional affairs.

Then, the Shan State Chief Minister fulfilled the requirements submitted by the entrepreneurs of rice millers, coffee entrepreneurs, breeder, growers and officials of village-tracts. SAC member then made a closing speech and provided cash assistance to the departments of Pa-O Self-Administered Zone.

Then, Shan State Chief Minister provided food items to members of militia groups of Lonekhote and Paung Lin and the State Ministers provided cash to the Ethnic Literature and Culture Associations and cordially greeted with attendees. Next, SAC member and party visited Tonekham Monastery in Hopone and donated offertories to Chairman of the Township Sangha Nayaka Committee Tone Kham monastery presiding Sayadaw Badhanta U Ah Lawka.

Later, they visited Industrial, Agricultural and Livestock Breeding High School (Paung Lin) and provided cash assistance for the students and viewed around the computer lab, agricultural and Livestock breeding rooms. Then, they proceeded to Han Lwe village and released various species of fingerlings into Nant Tabatcreek.
