






The Shan State Chief Minister U Aung Zaw Aye met with the departmental personnel at the meeting hall of the General Administration Department of Mong Hta Town of Mong Tong Township on 27th August. At the meeting, the Chief Minister said that the trip to Mong Hta Town to implement the development works for the town, inspect the status of development in the town and fulfill the requirements of the town.
In responding to the report of the administrator of Mong Hta Town and the requirements submitted by the departmental personnel, the Chief Minister undertook the requirements.
Next, the fish, eggs and chicken meat were provided for the personnel serving at Mong Hta Town and the principal of the Mong Hta Basic Education High School and the departmental officials accepted.
After viewing the departmental offices in the town, the Chief Minister accompanied by the State Ministers, Advocate General, secretary of the State government, State, district and Township level officials paid homage to the presiding Sayadaw of Aung Thiddhi monastery and offered the offertories and cash donation.
Then, the Chief Minister and party inspected the house models and to be constructed and the site to be developed as the new extended ward of Mong Hta Town, heard the clarification by the Director of Shan State Development Supervisory Office, viewed the implementation for the water supply project by the Rural Development Department for the Mong Tong and Mong Hta Town, heard the report of an official and gave the supplementary instructions.
Next, the Chief Minister and party met with the health personnel at Mong Hta Station Hospital, provided cash assistance and inspected the sites of medical store and retaining wall to be constructed.
Afterward, the chief Minister and party met with the departmental personnel of Pon Pa Kyin Town at the office of town’s General Administration Department and offered to report the requirements of the departments.
Next, the Chief Minister and party visited Pon Pa Kyin Station Hospital, provided cash assistance for the health personnel and the patients undergoing medical treatment at the station hospital.
