Inspection tour: SAC member taken inspection tour in Kachin State

Member of State Administration Council Daw Dwe Bu arrived at Myitkyina at 10 AM on 30th September to implement for the development of Kachin State, rule of law, security and peace and stability in the Region.

The SAC member was welcomed by State Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan and wife, Chief Justice of the State High Court, State Government Ministers and State Advocate General at Myitkyina Airport.

Next, the SAC member met with the State Government members led by the Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan and gave necessary instructions including successful implementation of the guidance of the SAC Chairman, enumerating population and household census correlated to holding the Election which is the ultimate objective of the State Administration Council, conducting legal knowledge dissemination of the constitution, laws, by-laws concerned with the public, elevation of reading habit and opening library in every school, office and Department etc.

Next, the Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan clarified the arrangements for the census in the Districts and Townships, status of rice sufficiency, 5 years plan for the efficiency of edible oil in the Region, efforts for the State capital City of Myitkyina to be flower City within 3 years, disbursement of revolving loan to over 30,000 households and importing fuel and materials for infrastructure etc.

In the afternoon, SAC member attended the coordination of Kachin State Regional work Committee and sub committees for the acceleration of border area development works in the Kachin State.

At the meeting, SAC member gave a remark on the necessary matters. Consequently, State Chief Minister, Chairmen of Sub Committees clarified the work implementations and the SAC members inquired and discussed on the renovation works for Myitkyina-Sumprabum-PutaO road section, Kan Paing Ti border trade road and Myitkyina-Ta Nai-Pang Sau damaged by the flood caused by heavy rain.Then, the SAC member gave necessary instructions and coordinated requirements.
