Inspection tour: Rakhine State CM inspected work implementations on ground

The Rakhine State Chief Minister U Htein Lin together with the State ministers and officials carried out ground implementations for the extension of agriculture and livestock breeding in Taung Goke District in the morning on August 6.

First, the Chief Minister and party observed the demonstration of cultivating Hsinthukha paddy strain which is high in yielding to meet the target of 100 baskets yielding per acre in Kin Taung Village in Taung Goke Township. At demonstrated cultivation, the staff officer of Township Agriculture Department clarified the completion of seed production growing, status of growing monsoon crops and monsoon paddy and the State staff officer supplemented and the Chief Minister instructed necessary matters and looked round the thriving of model plot. Next, the Chief Minister met with the farmers, gave necessary instructions and provided foodstuff.

Then, they proceeded to the La Muu Maw Station Hospital, gave words of encouragement to the health personnel and presented foodstuffs.

Next, the Chief Minister and party viewed the 5 acres of seed producing plantation of Hsinthukha paddy strain and two acres of paddy plantation cultivated with seeder and the layer chicken farms in Tha Don Village in Ma-I Township, coordinated necessaries with the responsible officials and provided foodstuffs.

The Chief Minister also met with the responsible officials of Special Road Construction Unit (18) and gave necessary instructions.

Then, the Chief Minister and party attended the meeting with the departmental officials, town’s elders and ward and Village administrators at the meeting hall of the Township General Administration Department of Ma-I Township and gave the necessary instructions in detail and provided foodstuffs.
