Inspection tour: NPT Chairman inspected regional developments

The Chairman of Nay Pyi Taw Council U Than Tun Oo together with the Council members and departmental officials inspected the construction of two-storey school building in No (140) Post Primary School (Let-Pan-Hla) in Zabuthiri Township in the morning on 19th August.

During the inspection, the Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman heard the clarification of the work implementations by the officials concerned and gave necessary instruction.

Next, the Chairman and party viewed the plantation of 90 acres monsoon paddy with 6 row rice transplanter of the Agricultural Mechanization Department of Nay Pyi Taw in Te-Gyi-Gone Village of Zabuthiri Township and instructed requirements.

After that, Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman and party paid homage to the presiding Sayadaw of Nan-U monastery, observed nine precepts, donated rice, cooking oil, offertories and cash donation and shared merits gained.

Next, the Chairman attended the opening ceremony of Nay Pyi Taw level instructor training for 2024 enumeration of population and housing census held at meeting hall (1) of the office of Nay Pyi Taw Council and gave an opening remark.

Then, the training instructors and trainees introduced themselves individually.

Next, the secretary of Nay Pyi Taw Census Supervisory Committee, Union Territory staff officer of the Ministry of Immigration and population U Aung Khaing Swe clarified the status of opening training followed the coordination for the requirements by the Chairman of Nay Pyi Taw Census Supervisory Committee Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman U Than Tun Oo.

The training will be conducted for 10 days and will be attended by 36 trainees, it’s learnt.
