Inspection tour: MoNREC UM inspected factories in Yangon

In the morning on 15th September, Union Minister for Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation U Khin Maung Yi together with the officials inspected Ywathagyi Nursery Garden in Thingankyun Township of Yangon Region, heard the clarifications of the concerned officials and gave instruction to conserve the mangrove forest to be the green wall along the coastal areas and other necessary matters and inspected saplings of 22 wood species.

Next, the Union Minister inspected National Wood Industry finished wood factory in Dagon East Industrial zone in Dagon Myothit (East) Township, heard the clarifications of the responsible officials and gave necessary instruction.

Consequently, the Union Minister inspected Classic Home finished Rattan products and furniture factory in Dagon Seikkan Township, heard the reports of officials and coordinated requirements.

On 16th September, the Union Minister also inspected Mingalardon Nursery Garden, TK-Interiors Cane finished products factory in Pale Myothit, No.9 and No.4 Timber factories of Myanma Timber Enterprise in WaTaYa Industrial Zone in Shwepyitha Township, toured around the factories and gave necessary instructions.
