Inspection Tour : MOI Union Minister visits Rice Husk Fuel Power Plant

On the 22nd, Union Minister for Industry Dr Charlie Than and Ayeyawady Region Minister for Economy visited the Global Earth Agro& Aqua Industry Public Company Limited where the Managing Director explained about the construction status of rice husk fuel power plant. The Union Minister gave instructions to ensure that there is no environmental damage due to industrial activities.

He stressed that project activities must be carried out in accordance with the set standards, meeting the targeted times for more employment opportunities in the region. The Union Minister later toured around to observe the status of electricity generation using rice husk fuel, installation of machines to produce electricity, boiler construction and installation and the refrigeration plant under construction.
