Inspection tour: MoALI DM inspected regional development works

The Deputy Minister for Agricultural, Livestock and Irrigation U Bo Bo Kyaw and departmental officials inspected summer paddy pedigree strain propagation plantation by the Agricultural Mechanization Department in Wet Hla Gyi Village of Minhla Townshiop in Bago Region on 5th April.

During the inspection, the responsible officials clarified the work implementations and the Deputy Minister supplemented necessary matters and met with the local farmers gave necessary instruction.

Next, the Deputy Minister also inspected 50 acres of horticulture plantation in Lin Lun Pin Village in Oak Pho Township, summer paddy fields on the 45 acres of systematic mechanized farming developed with the fund of Bago Region Government, matters on developing systematic mechanized farming in Field No (260), supplying irrigation water from Taung Nyo Dam in Nattalin Township and 100 acres of summer paddy model plot cultivated with Drum Seeder in the Nat Hmaw Electric Water Pumping irrigation area in Shwe Taung Township and the plan to construct Nyaung Hla Electric River Water Pumping Project.

Next, the Deputy Minister met with the local farmers and gave the necessary instruction.
