






Deputy Minister for Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation Dr. Aung Gyi who was in Mandalay region in order to provide the necessary matters in terms of boosting the development of the agribusiness enterprises and more yielding of double cropping met with the region/district and township level agricultural officials at the Department of Agriculture on 22nd November.
At the meeting, the deputy minister said that it is required to implement the development of good quality usage by its financial year, to cooperate with the experts to be able to use systematic farming techniques and called farmers to apply revolving system.
Afterwards, the deputy minister inspected Institute of Agriculture in Patheingyi township where the officials explained about students’ registration, attendance, teaching and trainings. There, the students were also provided with books and foodstuff after suggesting to try hard to become professionals.
Next, the deputy minster inspected the Thayetkone Fishery Camp in Aung Myay Thazan twonship where also the officials concerned reported the fish hatchery matters, conducting research on fish breeding and producing aquatic products.
And he continued to visit to the private livestock feed factory in Pyigyitagun township where he observed producing chicken feeds and instructed the needs.
Then, the deputy minister oversaw the distribution of fingerlings at Nat Yay Kan fish hatchery camp in Amarapura township, preparation measures for opening of forzen eel factory and agri-products production site which is settled on the ground owned by the Department of Agriculture.
