Inspection tour: MGY CM inspected regional development works

Magway Region Chief Minister U Tint Lwin together with Region Ministers, Region/District/Township departmental officials inspected summer paddy 100-acre modal plot in Yinnakone village of Myothit Township in the morning on 13th May and met with the local residents.

First, Chief Minister U Tin Lwin and officials took a ground inspection of 33 farmers’ summer paddy 100-acre model plot to yield 150 baskets per acre and met with the local farmers and Myothit Township Department of Agriculture staff officer clarified the status of 100-acre model plot to yield 150 basket and plus. Then, chief Minister encouraged the famers and pledges to provide necessary assistance by the Region government.

The local residents reported for the regional development matters and the Chief Minister fulfilled requirements with the coordination of relevant departments. Later, Chief Minister U Tint Lwin and party visited LawkaTakkatho Library in Thiri Ward of Taungtowngyi Township to carry out for the development of libraries and campaign for acceleration of reading habit, met with the library committee members, clarified matters for the development of library and books and journals donated for the library.

After that, the Chief Minister and officials visited No (7) Basic Military Training School in Taungtwingyi Township, met with the trainees of people’s military service training batch (1/2024), Chief Minister and Deputy Chief of military training Ma-J-Gen Myint Kyaw Tun gave words of encouragement and viewed the trainee having lunch.

Later, the Chief Minister visited Nhget Pit Taung Dialysis Centre opened in Nhget Pit Taung monastery in Maung Taing Ward (2) of Taungtwingyi Township, encouraged the patients who are undertaking the medical treatment, heard the reports of the responsible officials and coordinated requirements.
