Inspection tour in Mawlamyine: CM inspects School buildings& census collection

Mon State Chief Minister U AungKyiThein together with State Ministers and departmental officials inspected completion of school building construction at No.9 Basic Education High School in Pabedan ward, Mawlamyine on Tuesday.

During the inspection, officials and School Board of Trustees reported the status of work completion.

The State Chief Minister expressed words of thanks for the completion of the building within the deadlines and gave instructions to support the students to ensure no difficulties in their studies. Next, the State Chief Minister and party oversaw studying of children, renovation of two-storey building and gave necessary instructions.

Next, the State Chief Minister and party inspected the construction site of RCC 3- storey building at No.9 Basic Education High School campus constructed by Yadanarpon Crystal Light Co.Ltd in 2023-2024 finical year and gave necessary instructions.

Then, the Mon State Chief Minister U Aung Kyi Thein in his capacity of the Chairman of the Region Census Organizing Committee together with members of the Committee oversaw the pilot census operation which is the preparations for 2024 nationwide population and household census.

During the inspection, the State Chief Minister urged the staffs of Department of Population to provide assistance to the locals by giving the correct answers and explained about the reasons for collecting census.
