Inspection Tour in Mandalay: MoSWRR Union Minster meets staff in Mandalay

Union Minster for Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement Dr. Soe Win and officials met with officers and staff from the Social Welfare Department, Department of Disaster Management and Rehabilitation Department at the Child Care Center in Mandalay on Tuesday.

At the meeting, Union Minister explained the guidelines of SAC Chairman. Also he urged staffs to take their duties under the rules and regulations, carry out the disaster prevention activities effectively, promote awareness activities and keep record of their provisions with complete information. The Union Minster then fulfilled the needs on the reports of officials from the relevant departments. 

Next, the Union Minister met with staffs and children from Mandalay Child Care Center and urged the staffs to well train and care of the children for the human resources development of the country. Later, Union Minster and party visited Youth Training Center in Mandalay and cordially greeted the students and urged them to try hard to become reliable persons for the nation and the region.

Then, he viewed round learning of vocational training by the students. He then visited the rehabilitation center for drug addicts and staffs housing.
