Inspection Tour: Kachin State CM inspected regional developments

Kachin State Chief Minister U Khet Htain Nan inaugurated the InHmweTaung View Point which is located at 26 Mile Post on Pu Ta-O-MaChanBaw-NaungMon Pyidaungsu roadside on 18th June.

This InHmweTaung View Point was implemented with the State Government Fund during 2022-2023 FY.

The State Chief Minister delivered an opening speech at the inauguration ceremony. After that, the executive officer of Pu Ta-O Township Development Committee clarified on the implementation of the View Point construction.

Then a local expressed words of thanks by a local. Afterwards, the State Chief Minister, Ministers for State Natural Resources and Ethnic Affairs and excutive officer of the Development Officer inaugurated the View Point by cutting the ribbon.

They then viewed round the sceneries in the environs of the View Point. The State Chief Minister coodinated with the officials on the extended implemention of a new park.

Next, the State Chief Minister and party heard reports on the construction of gravel retaining wall for protection of river water erosion to the wards in MaChanBaw Township and coordinated the needs.

They then inspected the completion of the construction of gravel retaining wall in the Ward (3). They also looked into the fish farms running on the State Promotion Fund in the respective ward and then coordinated the requirements and provided cash assistance.

The State Chief Minister and party later arrived at InBuuBot villaged and inspected the perennial cultivation farms and coordinated the needs for systematic distribution of cultivation techniques.

On arrival at NanKhan Village, the State Chief Minister and party looked into the fish farms running on the State Promotion Fund where they cordially met with the locals who attended the fish breeding course and then provided cash assistance.

Next, the State Chief Minister and party coordinated the reports on the completion of the construction of gravel retaining wall with 2022-2023 State financial fund to protect Malikha river water erosion near KaungHmuLon Pagoda and then viewed round the construction of the gravel retaining wall.

Afterwards, the State Chief Minister and pary paid homage to the historical KaungHmuLon Pagoda and donated cash for all-round renovation of the pagoda.
