Inspection tour: Kachin State CM inspected regional development works

Kachin State Chief Minister U Khat Htein Nan and officials inspected Momauk and Bhamaw townships on 25th May for the development of the agriculture and livestock enterprises being conducted with the State Economic Promotion Fund and socioeconomic of the displaced people.

First, the Chief Minister, Chief Justice of State High Court, State ministers and departmental officials attended sunn hemp seed sowing event in 200 acres organized with the State Economic Promotion Fund 40 million kyats in Momauk Township and heard reports and provided Sin-Akary-3 seed bags to the farmers and instructed to accelerate multi cropping system.

Then, the Chief Minister and party visited Township court and met with Township Judge and service personnel and provided cash assistance.

Then, the Chief Minister and party inspected the family housing and cordially greeted the families who are relocated from IDP camps and provided one rice bag and 50,000 kyats to each household. Then he instructed the concerned officilas to fulfill the requirements of the households.

And, the Chief Minister and party inspected the livestock farms in 7 Mile Aung Myay Village and coordinated the requirements in implementing 7 Mile Aung Myay Village to become a Livestock breeding zone and provided livestock medicines.

Then, he inspected the work implementations to be able to supply sufficient water for plantations  in Banmaw Township and coordinated the requirements for growing multi crops.

Then, the Chief Minister and party inspected Si-In new village  and encouraged the families. During the inspection, the Chief Minister heard report on development processes of the village and provided 15 Million Kyats to conduct Village Development Planning (VDP) project.

Then, the Chief Minister and party inspected Banmaw Prison and cordially greeted the prisoners provided foodstuff and cash assistance.

Then, he inspected the work implementations of beautifying and upgrading  Ayeyarwaddy river bank to become a recreation spot and completion of PaukKone  Bridge instruction.

Then, the Chief Minister and party met and encouraged the families residing at IDP camps in 3 Mile Shwe Pyi Thar Ra Ward  in KharNan village and provided rice bags and coordinated the requirements.

Then, he attended cash donation ceremony for construction of Manaw Pillar and Manaw compound and foundation laying ceremony of the entrance gate at Kachin Literary and Culture Committee (Banmaw) and met with the committee members and religious leaders.

Then, the cash donation ceremony continued and the Chief Minister donated 35 million kyats, State Minister for Ethnic Affairs donated 10 million kyats and businessowners donated 127 million kyats respectively. Afterward, the Chief Minster and party inspected construction works of Manaw Pillar and Manaw flatform.
