Inspection Tour: IPRD Offices in Ayeyawady and Bago Regions inspected

Deputy Minister for Information U Ye Tint made an inspection tour in Ayeyawady and Bago Regionson 25th and 26th October.

The Deputy Minister inspected the offices of Information and Public Relation Department (IPRD) of respective districts and townships as well as MRTV Relay Stations in Hinthada and Pyay Townships. During theseinspection trips, the Deputy Minister also met with the officers and staff, and discussed that it is necessary to conduct the information and awareness activities effectively and to make arrangements for development of the village libraries.

He also instructed to carry out necessary preparation measures for organizing the commemorative events for the National Day, Independence Day and Union Day as well as conducting the summer courses for the youths during school holidays. The Deputy Minister also coordinated and fulfilled the requirements reported by the staff.
