Inspection Tour: Dried bamboo shoots production and its export

Union Minister for Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation U Khin Maung Yi conducted an inspection of the dried bamboo shoots production and export operations at the Nareindra Agricultural Value-Added Products Manufacturing facility in the Dekhinathiri Industrial Zone, Nay Pyi Taw.

During the visit, he received detailed briefings on the various stages of production process, raw material availability, annual exports to Japan and the status of the bamboo plantation. The Union Minister emphasized the government's strong focus on MSME development and collaborative efforts to ensure a steady supply of raw materials, establish bamboo plantations and provide essential cultivation techniques. He then toured the dried bamboo shoots production process.
