Inspection of textile factory: SAC Chairman inspected Tatmadaw Textile Factory

The Chairman of State Administration council Commander of Defense Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing accompanied by the members of entourage, Mandalay Region Chief Minister, Commander of Central Command, inspected Tatmadaw Textile Factory (Meiktila) in the morning on Monday.

First, the factory in-charge U Naing Lin clarified to the SAC Chairman Commander in Chief of Defense Services regarding with the implementations of guidelines given by the SAC Chairman Commander in Chief of Defense Services during the inspection tour to the factory in September, 2022, brief history of the factory, status of manufacturing multiple textiles by the factory, agriculture and livestock breeding for the welfare of the personnel and the implementation fo the production of 2/80 threads with the domestic cottons. Upon the clarification, the SAC Chairman gave necessary instructions.

Then, the SAC Chairman inspected the displayed fabrics for uniform and quality of the textiles and gave necessary instruction for the control of the quality of the fabrics and other requirements.

Next, the SAC Chairman and members arrived at the construction site of machines for the production of High-quality textiles and fabrics dyeing, inspected completion of constructing factories and installing machineries and coordinated requirements on the reports of the factory in-charge and foreign technicians.

After that, the SAC Chairman provided gifts of local products to the foreign technicians participating in the factory construction, it’s learnt.
