Inspection of Systematic Agri-Land: MOALI UM inspected systematic agricultural lands

Union Minister for Agriculture, Livestock, and Irrigation, U Min Naung, inspected the Nay Pan La Pan systematic agricultural land in the Zeyarthiri Township, Nay Pyi Taw on March 26 and met with responsible officials to discuss coordination for achieving higher crop yield in the designated agricultural areas.

During the discussion, the Union Minister mentioned that the government is utilizing budgetary funds to develop agricultural land systematically by region to improve the agricultural production of each acre. He noted that this approach aims to increase yield rates and enhance productivity beyond traditional farming methods.

He emphasized the need for agricultural experts within the departments under the ministry to work closely together to address the requirements for seeds, land, water, and technology. Furthermore, the Deputy Minister highlighted the responsibilities that the field supervisors must undertake and the need for related departments to coordinate and support each other.

Consequently, the Union Minister and party, along with the field supervisors from the Department of Agriculture (Head Office) and Nay Pyi Taw regional officials, inspected the Na Pan La Pan systematic agricultural land and met with farmers to inquire about their needs and discuss any issues.
