Inspection of synthetic laying: MGY CM inspected synthetic layingfootball field

Magway Region Government Chief Minister U Tint Lwin inspected the progress of Synthetic laying a football field contained a 400-meter running track in Magway Region Sports Ground On the evening of January 14.

Initially, the Chief Minister and officials were briefed by the project engineer from Shinning Myanmar Company, which is responsible for the construction. The engineer provided a detailed report on the stages of the ongoing work. In response to the presentation, the Chief Minister made necessary adjustments and offered guidance to ensure the work proceeded smoothly. He also observed the sports equipment available at the site.

The Synthetic laying a football field contained a 400-meter running track is being carried out with a grant of over 2.70 billion Kyat from the Union Budget for the 2024-2025 fiscal year. The project is 95% complete. Magway Region athletes had previously traveled to Nay Pyi Taw to train on a similar synthetic track in order to prepare for regional and national athletics competitions. Now, with the completion of the synthetic track and football field at the Magway Region Sports Ground, it is expected to significantly contribute to the development and improvement of the region's sports sector.
