Inspection of security measures: SAC Chairman inspected security measures

Chairman of the State Administration Council Commander In Chief of Defense Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing accompanied by Chief of General Staff (Army, Navy, Air) General Maung Maung Aye, Commander In Chief (Navy) Vice Admiral Htein Win and Senior officials from the office of Commander in Chief inspected implementation of security measures in Pyin Oo Lwin station of Central Command on 23rd September. 

First, the Commander of Central Command Brigadier General Kyaw Ko Htaik and Commander of Pyin Oo Lwin Station reported the status of implementation of security measures and regional stability in Pyin Oo Lwin station and seizure of weapons from the insurgents during the security operation.

The Chairman of the State Administration Council, Commander-in-Chief of the Defense Services, emphasized the need for systematic execution of regional security and stability operations in the Pyin Oo Lwin Station. The Commander In Chief highlighted that while carrying out regional security and law and order, it is essential to be fully aware of the specific conditions and regional information relevant to their respective areas of responsibility.

It is important for the local military units and residents to work together harmoniously, ensuring mutual support and collaboration. This cooperative effort is crucial for enhancing regional security and the safety of the local population.

Next, the SAC Chairman inspected construction project of new 6-storey Thumingalar Market (Nyan Taw Market) and the Chief Minister of Mandalay Region U Myo Aung clarified regarding with the construction project.Upon the clarification, the Commander In Chief gave necessary instructions and inspected construction project of new 6-storey Thumingalar Market.

After that, SAC Chairman and party paid homage to the historic pagoda of Pyin Oo Lwin MahaShwe Myin Tin pagoda, offered flower and water to the Buddha image at the pagoda, gave instruction to carry out necessary renovation works and donated cash for the all-round renovation of the pagoda.Then, the SAC Chairman and party paid homage Buddha Image in the Buddha’s foot print hall.
