Inspection of rural development works: MCRD Union Minister inspected rural development works

The Union Minister for Cooperatives and Rural Development U Hla Moe conducted ground inspection on the status of regional development works and the monsoon paddy growing by the members of cooperatives societies at Zaungchan Gone Village in Pyinmana Township and Kwegyi Village in Lewe Township in the afternoon on September 26.

In the Zaungchan Gone Village, the Union Minister cordially met with the local residents and heard the report of staff officer of the department of rural development. Then, Union Minister gave necessary instruction and fulfilled requirements.

Then, the Union Minister inspected inter-Village road upgrading work, Construction of Village multipurpose community hall, viewed the thriving of monsoon paddy fields nad gave necessary instruction.

At the Kwegyi Village in Lewe Township, the Union Minister explained the regional development works, fulfilled requirements upon the reports, inspected inter-Village road upgrading works, digging artisan well, construction of water tower, connecting pipelines and related works, gave necessary instruction and viewed the monsoon paddy plantation.
