Inspection of renovation works: Rakhine State CM inspected renovation of religious edifices

Rakhine State Chief Minister U Htein Lin accompanied by concerned officials inspected the renovation process of religious edifices within Sittwe Township on 29th January.

First, the Chief Minister visited South Yan Pyay Man Pyay Koe Na Win Dhatu Aye Pagoda located at Buddha Maw Monastery. After paying homage and offering flowers, oil lamps and water, the Chief Minister made a tour to areas under renovation within the pagoda precinct and heard reports on status of completion and coordinated requirements.

In Mizan Ward, the Chief Minister paid homage to the East Yan Pyay Man Pyay Koe Na Win Dhatu Aye Pagoda and offered flowers, oil lamps and water and heard reports on maintenance process of the religious edifices within the pagoda precinct.

In Ohn Ta Pin Ward, the Chief Minster visited North Yan Pyay Man Pyay Koe Na Win Dhatu Aye Pagoda, paid homage to the pagoda and heard reports on renovation process and oversaw the condition of completion.

Subsequently, the Chief Minister visited Monastery and paid homage to the Buddha images and donated flowers, oil lamps and water. Then, the Chief Minister donated offertories to the presiding sayadaw and inspected the monastery for further maintenance measures.
