Inspection of rehabilitation tasks: Bago Region CM inspected rehabilitation tasks

Bago Region Chief Minister U Myo Swe Win and region minister made a ground inspection of preparations in the morning on 15th October for reopening basic education schools which were closed due to the flood.
The Chief Minister and party viewed the cleaning tasks carried out by the Tatmadawmen, members of police force and fire brigade, departmental personnel and local residents at No. (5) Sub Basic Education High School in Kyunthaya Ward and No. (10) Basic Education High School in Ward (7) of Otthar Myo Thit and gave instructions including repairing water purifying machines, the inspection of Electric wire installation to ensure safety of fire hazard and children’s playground.
Next, the Chief minister and party viewed water distribution in free of charge by the mobile trucks which installed water purifying machines to the residents in Aweiyar street of Gaung Say Kyun Ward with the arrangement of Ministry of Cooperatives and Rural Development and Bago Region Government.
Then, the free flow of water in the City, cleaning in the Hanthawady ancient moat with machines were viewed and removing transformers which are within road boundaries and upgrading drainages from the moat were instructed.
The Chief Minister and party also inspected Nyaung Waing embankment which was overflown during flood and instructed to upgrade it and selling cooking oil in cheaper price in Myoma market.
