Inspection at NSA: Vice Senior General visits Naypyitaw State Academy

Chairman of the National Disaster Management Committee Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister Vice Senior General Soe Win visited the Naypyitaw State Academy on Sunday to oversee the damages caused by the severe earthquake.

The Vice Senior General inspected the damages of the main building and lecture halls, and instructed timely repair works before the classes resume in June. He also inspected the convocation hall and 6-storey building. These buildings are under construction and it found no damage due to the earthquake after the survey by the experts. The buildings in the Naypyitaw State Academy have been constructed to be resistant to earthquake up to 7 Richter Scale as per the international norms.
