Inspection at MICC-1: Preparations for Academy Award Presentation

Chairman of the Myanmar Motion Picture Academy Awards Presentation Ceremony Leading Committee, Union Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn inspected the ongoing preparations for the ceremony at the Myanmar International Convention Center-1 (MICC-1) in Nay Pyi Taw on Friday. 

During the inspection, the Union Minister and party reviewed the entrance gate, photo and interview booths, red carpet and the stage construction at Jade Hall. They also oversaw the sound and lighting systems, the display of LED screen and boards, seating areas and media zone preparations.

The Union Minister also emphasized for timely completion, flawless sound and lighting and pre-rehearsal for the ceremony. The 2024 Myanmar Motion Picture Academy Awards Presentation Ceremony is set to be held in a grand manner on February 9 at the MICC-1 in Nay Pyi Taw.
