Inspection of maintence works: Shan State CM inspected maintence and constructions

Shan State Chief Minister U Aung Aung and Commander of Triangle Region Command Brigadier General Soe Hlaing, State Ministers and officials paid homage to the Prisiding Sayadaw of Thila-Dhamm Kone-Thar Tawya monastery and offered the offertories in Kengtung Township of Shan State (East) in the morning on 20th August.

Next, the Chief Minister and Commander inspected the maintenance works of Kengtung Haw Palace reconstructed near Naung Ton Lake and provided cash assistance to the responsible officials for the maintenance works of Kengtung Haw Palace.

At the Kengtung Cultural Museum, Shan State Chief Minister met with the Ethnic Literature and culture groups, gave a remark and provided cash for the exhibition of literature and traditional cultural items of 13 Ethnic Literature and culture groups.

After that, the Chief Minister and Commander donated 100 million Kyats of capital donation for the construction of 3-storey RC building in presiding monks training school in Kengtung Township, it’s reported.
