Inspection of Local Development Works: Rakhine State CM inspected factory and Airport

Rakhine State Chief Minister U Htein Lin together with State Ministers and departmental officials made a ground inspection of Thandwe Township development works in the morning on 10th April.

First, the Chief Minister and party visited TMP cold-storage factory in DwarawadyMyothit of Thandwe and factory owner clarified the processing marine finished products, exporting process and plans of extending livestock industry.

Chief Minister said that the head of State instructed to provide necessary assistances to engage in the livestock breeding rather than fishing, the State government will provide requirements, the Union Government is promoting and encouraging the MSMEs for the development of industries and the departments need to cooperate for the requirements.

Next, the Chief Minister and party viewed the processing soft shell crabs, fishes and prawns into fished goods and packaging to export to over-sea markets. Then, the Chief Minister and party visited Ngapali Airport in Thandwe, cordially greeted the passengers, arrival and departure, installing CCTV cameras, selling local MSMEs products and inspected the operation for the safety landing of the planes.After that, the Chief Minister gave necessary instructions to the officials concerned at the Airport, it’s reported.
