Inspection of Development works: Ygn Mayor inspects City Development works

Yangon City Development Committee Chairman Mayor U Bo Htay inspected the improvement of water flow and sanitation project in the Peiktaut creek in No 5 Ward of Hline Township together with Vice-Mayor U Nyi Nyi, secretary, other committee members and relevant authorities on 19 February at 7 am.

During his inspection tour, the mayor and his team inspected repairing of spillway floor and drainage retaining wall, the planting of flowers and trees along the lake and the building of benches on the sidewalks at the Mingala Lake on Kayaypin road, Mingaladon Township.

Then, the mayor and his team also checked excavation work being carried out along the drain from Palae junction to the railway to improve the flow of the water of Shwepyitha bridge road in front of the Danyingone fresh market in Insein.

The team also inspected cleaning the left and right sides of the road and digging of blocked drains and culverts in ward 1 Shwepyitha Township. Besides, they checked cleaning blocked garbage in Kwin Chuang drain and repairing of damaged retaining walls between Kyimyindine and Ahlon townships.
