



The Chairman of Naypyidaw Council U Than Tun Oo, along with the members of Naypyidaw Council, members of Naypyidaw Development Committee, and the relevant officials, inspected the construction sites of staff housing, bachelor and maiden quarters funded by the Naypyidaw Council’s 2024-2025 financial year budget in Zambu Thiri Township on 30th December.
First, the Chairman visited the Naypyidaw Council office compound and inspected the construction progress of a two-story reinforced concrete bachelor quarter (222 ft long× 44 ft wide) and a six-apartment, four-story reinforced concrete staff housing. After reviewing the progress, he instructed the responsible officials to address any necessary adjustments.
Next, the Council Chairman inspected the construction sites in Zambu Thiri Township, specifically in the Nyana Theiddhi, and Bawga Theiddhi wards, where reinforced concrete housing units for civil servants and bachelor and maiden quarters were being built with the 2024-2025 financial year budget. He inspected the construction of nine six-room, four-story reinforced concrete civil servant housing units in Nyana Theiddhi ward and one two-story RC bachelor quarter and two two-story RC maiden quarters.
After the inspection, the responsible officials provided updates on the work being done, and the Nay Pyi Taw Chairman instructed them on any necessary improvements.
Later, the Chairman visited the National Herbal Medicinal Park in Zambu Thiri Township, where he observed the cleanliness, beauty, and maintenance of medicinal plants. He conducted a thorough inspection and instructed the responsible officials on areas requiring further action.
