Inspection of basic education schools: MoE UM inspected basic education schools in Taunggyi

Union Minister for Education Dr. Nyunt Pe together with Shan State Chief Minister U Aung Aung, State Minister for Social Affairs and officials inspected No. (1) Basic Education High School in Kalaw Township in the morning on 28th October.

First, the Union Minister inspected the status of damages and losses of school facilities, condition of maintenance, completion status and requirements to further fulfill and coordinated requirements. Next, he oversaw the substitution assessment for mid-term examination and coordinated upon the reports of the teachers.

Then, the Union Minister visited No. (7) Basic Education Industrial, Agricultural and Livestock Breeding High School (Inn-Khaung and No. (4) Sub Basic Education Middle School,met with the Township responsible officials, principal and teachers and coordinated the needs upon the clarifications. 

In the afternoon, the Union Minister met with the personnel under the Ministry and principals of basci education High schools, middle schools and primary schools in Taunggyi of Shan State (South), expressed words of thanks for the contributions to to reopen the schools in time and elaborated the guidelines delivered by the Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister at the meeting with the students from the five-year BEd Course No 6 of the University for the Development of the National Races, urged to implement those guidelines and coordinated requirements upon the clarifications.

Additionally, the Union Minister visited Basic Education Middle School Phaya-Phyu (North) and No. (7) Basic Education High School, cordially greeted the teachers and members of school development Committee, inspected school development works, gave necessary instruction and fulfilled requirements upon the reports.
