Inspection of Agro-Livestock Farms: SAC Chairman inspected agro-livestock farms in Thilawa

Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing on Saturday inspected the Thilawa Multi-purpose Agriculture and Livestock Farming Zone.

First, the SAC Chairman Prime Minister heard the clarification of the Chairman of Myanmar Economic Corporation Lt-Gen Nyo Saw and responsible officials regarding with the implementations of Shwe Pyi purpose Agriculture and Livestock Farming Zone, Thilawa and 26 miles Multi-purpose Agriculture and Livestock Farming Zones, the guidance of the Prime Minister etc.

In responding to the clarifications, the SAC Chairman Prime Minister elaborated the purposes of establishing Agriculture and Livestock Farming Zones and instructed to use land productive way, further development of Thanlyan Region to be gained due to the Bago River Crossing Bridge (Thanlyan Bridge-3) opened, requirements for the progress of agricultural and livestock breeding and domestic and oversea market linkages required to distribute the agricultural and livestock products to the public etc.

Next, the SAC Chairman and party looked the samples of fish species breeding in the Thilawa multipurpose agriculture and livestock farming zone and the eggs and dairy products of agricultural and livestock breeding farms.

Then, they viewed the fish hatchery and breeding fish fingerlings, gave necessary instruction on the reports of the responsible officials.Then, the SAC Chairman Prime Minister inspected duck breeding in Thilawa multipurpose agriculture and livestock farming zone and fish farms and gave necessary instruction.
