Information management training: MGY CM gave an opening speech

The opening ceremony of information management training course to facilitate the e- Government organized by the Magway region government was held on Monday morning at the Magway city hall.

Magway region chief minister U Tint Lwin and region ministers, Region Chief Justice and Advocate General, Region, District and Tonwship level departmental heads, invited guests and trainnees attended the occasion.

First of all, the chief minister U Tint Lwin told that the aim of opening of the course and undergoing activities that is building national data base system in order to implement the e- Government system effectively, to fill the datas after converting the information of Magway region into digital system as the magway region government enthusiasticaly participating in the implemenatation processes of e-ID system, as the government employees in various department to convert all the information related to their department into digital format and store them in the form of database.

After that, U Than Swe Win. Secretary of Magway Region Government explained about the purpose and implementation for the course and  the rector of the University of Computer Studies (Magway) Dr. Soe Lin Aung clarified the arrangement and procedures to be given in the training and Chief Minister U Tint Lwin presented the teaching aids for the course to the traninees.

The first batch of information management training course will be conducted from 4th to 15th December and attended by 80 trainees, it is learnt.
