Indonesian rescue workers recover bodies of flood victims

Footage released by the Indonesian Search and Rescue Agency shows workers retrieving the bodies of four flood victims in North Tapanuli on the island of Sumatra. More than 712 people have been killed in flooding and landslides since last week, with hundreds more still missing.

Likewise, Dozens of cars and motorbikes line up for hours at a petrol station in DolokSanggul, North Sumatra, as the region is hit by fuel shortages after devastating floods. Even areas that were not directly affected were seeing shortages because of blocked transport links.
