Indian Prime Minister to launch Vande Bharat Express train in Bengaluru

Bengaluru is set for a double boost in connectivity as Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the city on Sunday. He will flag off Karnataka’s 11th Express Train, connecting Bengaluru and Belagavi. The high-speed service is expected to reduce travel time and enhance passenger comfort between North Karnataka and the capital.

The Prime Minister will also launch two more express train routes from Amritsar to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra, and from Nagpur to Pune, further expanding India’s fast rail network.
