



The Embassy of India in Nepal hosted a seminar titled “The Relevance of the Bhagavad Gita in Today’s World,” on Tuesday, as part of the International Gita Mahotsav 2025 celebrations. Professors from Nepal Sanskrit University and Tribhuvan University offered insightful presentations on the Gita’s timeless wisdom and modern relevance.
Students and teachers from Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre in Nepal presented cultural dances and musical performances inspired by the Bhagavad Gita, captivating the audience and enriching the celebration. The International Gita Mahotsav 2025 is a weeklong festival commencing from December 1, and will be celebrated primarily in Haryana state.
