India’s NDRF and Air Force are leading critical relief operations in Sri Lanka after Cyclone Ditwah, restoring connectivity, delivering aid, and rescuing survivors in devastated regions.

The teams are deployed in Badulla, working through a painstaking and complex process to retrieve those buried under landslides. A C17 Globemaster aircraft delivered 500 water purifiers and 22 personnel, including engineers and doctors for relief efforts in Sri Lanka.
