India, Singapore celebrate 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations

India and Singapore marked their 60th anniversary of diplomatic relationship by organizing ‘India-Singapore at 60’ event.

Indian Union Commerce and Industry Minister, Piyush Goyal, addressed the event which was also attended by his Singaporean counterpart, Gan Siow Huang. Minister Piyush Goyal highlighted increased collaboration and Business-to-Business opportunities between Indian and Singaporean enterprises, and emphasized the need to further strengthen India-Singapore trade and investment ties for a more balanced, inclusive, and future-ready economic partnership. The theme of event was ‘Partnership for Growth and Innovation’ Business Session.
