India, Bahrain hold talks to strengthen partnership

Indian External Affairs Minister Jaishankar held a phone conversation with Bahrain’s Foreign Minister Al Zayani. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening their bilateral relationship.

They exchanged views on key regional and global developments, highlighting close coordination on issues of mutual interest. The conversation underscored the continued warmth in India–Bahrain relations, covering areas such as trade, energy, security cooperation and people-to-people engagement.
