India and Jordan sign key agreements in Amman

India and Jordan held high-level delegation talks in Amman, where both sides engaged in wide-ranging discussions on mutual and regional issues. In his opening remarks, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi emphasized that the two nations enjoy a strong partnership and agreed to pursue positive ideas to elevate India-Jordan relations to new heights.

Jordan’s King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein welcomed the visit, noting that it reflects decades of friendship, mutual respect, and productive cooperation between the two countries. He highlighted that the meeting provides an important opportunity to chart new paths of economic collaboration.
