India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Visit Brunei

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will begin a two-day visit to Brunei Darussalam on September 3rd. This will be the first bilateral visit of an Indian Prime Minister to this South East Asian country. 

The visit marks the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations between India and Brunei and is considered significant for India’s Act East Policy and its vision for the Indo-Pacific region.
