India’s Minister meets Sri Lankan President

India’s External Affairs Minister Dr. S Jaishankar was on a day long visit to Sri Lanka on Friday. During his visit, the visiting minister called on President Anura Kumara Dissanayake and met with Prime Minister Dr. HariniAmarasuriya.

 In his meeting with the President, the minister discussed ways to deepen ongoing cooperation and strengthen India-Sri Lanka ties for the benefit of people of two countries and the region.
