Independence Day Reception: SAC Chairman hosts a commemorative dinner

Hosted by Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Thadoe Maha Thray Sithu Thadoe Thiri Thudhamma Min Aung Hlaing and wife Daw Kyu Kyu Hla, a dinner reception and entertainment program in honor of 77th Anniversary Independence Day was held at the lawn of the SAC Chairman’s Office in Nay Pyi Taw on 4th January.

Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister Vice Senior General Thiri Pyanchi Maha Thray Sithu Soe Win and wife Daw Than Than Nwe, Union Ministers and their wives greeted the invited guests who attended the ceremony.

On their arrival at the venue, Prime Minister Senior General and wife cordially greeted the chairpersons and representatives of political parties, ambassadors and diplomats from foreign missions and specially invited guests.

Prior to the reception, the Prime Minister and wife enjoyed the displays of fireworks together with the attendees. They then enjoyed the dinner and performances by artistes from the Myanma Radio and Television under the Ministry of Information and Find Arts Department under the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture.

After the dinner, the Senior General and wife presented honorary flower baskets to the artistes and cordially greeted the attendees.
