






Union Minister Immigration and Population U Myint Kyaing together with the Deputy Minister U HtayHlaing and officials visited the hall, upstairs of Nay Pyi Taw Railway Station in Pobbathiri Township of Nay Pyi Taw Council Area and viewed the issuing Household Residence Registration Certificate and Citizenship Scrutiny Card under Pankhin Project phase (3) for the temporary displaced persons in Nay Pyi Taw Council Area in the morning on 7th March.
The Union Minister and party viewed the processes of inquiring by the Five members Committee of relevant Township, filling the individual personal data in the specific forms by the township office staff according to the Five members Committee and issuing Household Residence Registration Certificate and Citizenship Scrutiny Card and the Union Minister gave necessary instruction to carry out thorough scrutiny by verifying with the data in the e-ID Server.
Next, the Union Minister also viewed the collecting Biographic and Biometric data with e-ID system from those who have been issued Household Residence Registration Certificate and Citizenship Scrutiny Card and issuing Unique ID with ten digits and explained the facts about implementation of e-ID system to the people and cordially greeted them.
From there, the Union Minister visited Pyinmana Township Staff Officer’s Office and viewed the collecting Biographic and Biometric data with e-ID system from those who have been issued Household Residence Registration Certificate and Citizenship Scrutiny Card and issuing Unique ID with ten digits and cordially greeted the people.
Then, the Union Territory Staff Officer clarified the plan to collect the Biometric data for e-ID system at hilly villages in Pyinmana Township and the minister instructed to carry out after designating place where the electricity, internet connection and security situation favorable and submitting to the levels of responsible officials and coordinated requirements.
After that, the Union Minister inspected the status of cleaning and tidiness in and outside of the office and keeping the office system, gave necessary instruction and fulfilled requirements for the work.
