IMF approves $4.7 million for Argentina

On Wednesday, Argentina and the IMF announced an agreement for the disbursement of US$4.7 billion to the South American country under its credit program with the financial institution.

Argentina's Economy Minister said that Argentina and the IMF had reached an agreement with the International Monetary Fund under the seventh review of the extended facilities program.
