Illegal Trade:Illegal timber and goods confiscated

Under the supervision of Anti-illegal Trade Steering Committee, concerned officials have been making inspections on trade.

On the 13th and 14th of April, illegal timber and goods including women’s slippers and a Dji Mavic 3 Cine Drone worth over 42 million Kyats were confiscated in Paukkhaung, Phyu, Yedashe, Letpandan and Oatpho townships and at the Mayanchaung Permanent Checkpoint and at the Mandalay International Airport. Investigation is underway and legal actions have been taken in line with the laws.
